Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Items are typically sent out between 2-5 business days after order is placed. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. If an order is expected to take longer than 5 business days we will contact you with an updated timeframe.

Order Tracking:

Order tracking numbers are sent by email when items are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times are based on shipping option chosen at checkout. Any delays due to events beyond our control should be reflected on order tracking.
